Privacy policy
How we use personal data, under the GDPR.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how Pugiii Sp.z o.o. (“we”, “us”) uses personal data when you visit this website, send a moving request, write to us or call us. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Pugiii Sp.z o.o., registered office Kwiatowa 12, 26-650 Przytyk, Poland, KRS 0001271084. Email: pugilimove@gmail.com, phone: +48 724 727851.
2. What data we process
- Requests sent through the form: your name, your email address and/or phone number, the type of move, the addresses or towns where the move starts and ends, the preferred date, the size of the move, the floor and whether there is a lift at both addresses, and your message.
- Emails and calls: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your move.
- Technical data: when the website is delivered, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, for security and delivery of the site.
When you press “Send my request”, the details you entered are stored in a database at Cloudflare so that we can reply to you. To protect the form from abuse, a salted, one-way coded form (hash) of your IP address is stored with the request and used only to limit how many requests can be sent in a short time. If the form cannot be sent, the page shows our email address and phone number instead.
Giving us your data is voluntary, but without contact details and the details of the move we cannot reply to your request.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To reply to your request, prepare an offer and agree a move or transport with you: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract).
- To answer other questions, keep our correspondence in order, protect the form from abuse and keep the website secure: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interests in running the business and the website).
- To keep accounting and tax records where an order follows: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
4. How long we keep data
Requests sent through the form are deleted from the database automatically 12 months after they arrive. Other correspondence about a request is kept as long as needed to handle it and is deleted within 12 months of our last contact if no order follows. If an order follows, we keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes for as long as Polish law requires. Hosting logs are kept by the provider for a short period for security purposes.
5. Who receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers this website and stores the requests sent through the form, as our processor.
- Google, which provides our email service (Gmail), stores the emails you send us and our replies.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, or otherwise on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. No cookies, no tracking, no automated decisions
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making. See the Cookie policy.
8. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability where it applies, and to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. To use any of these rights, contact us at pugilimove@gmail.com.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
